tttjil Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and tttjil ("tttjil," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tttjil.cam. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the tttjil platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the tttjil platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the tttjil website at tttjil.cam, including all sub-pages, games, account management features, and payment systems.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the tttjil platform.
• "Real Money Games" refers to any game, bet, or wager on tttjil that involves the use of real funds deposited to a Player's account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by tttjil.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.

• "PHP" refers to Philippine Peso, the currency in which all tttjil transactions are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tttjil registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and tttjil.

tttjil reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tttjil will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the tttjil platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the tttjil platform for real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by tttjil.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tttjil employee or associated third-party service provider.
4. You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the tttjil platform.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

tttjil reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) tttjil account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering on tttjil, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

tttjil conducts KYC verification as part of the registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. tttjil will not process withdrawal requests from accounts where KYC verification has not been completed to tttjil's reasonable satisfaction.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tttjil account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access another player's tttjil account under any circumstances.

tttjil strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your tttjil account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to tttjil support promptly upon becoming aware of it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tttjil immediately at [email protected]. tttjil will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account while the investigation is conducted.

6. Deposits

tttjil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your tttjil account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. tttjil may request evidence of the source of funds at any point in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a Player are not accepted.

tttjil does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. tttjil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect instantly; bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on tttjil are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tttjil account holder.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• tttjil processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days in standard cases. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes once approved.

tttjil reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, and to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, rule violation, or account irregularity.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

tttjil may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to individual offer-specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion on the tttjil platform and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all tttjil promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
• tttjil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies — will result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

9. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the tttjil platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game's individual rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, tttjil will investigate and may void or replay the affected round at its sole discretion. tttjil's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure described below.

tttjil reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of error in the odds, payout tables, or game configuration, regardless of whether the Player has already been notified of a win.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tttjil and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on tttjil.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with tttjil games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to generate winnings not otherwise obtainable through normal gameplay.
• Depositing or transacting with funds obtained through unlawful activity.
• Using the tttjil platform to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the operation of the tttjil platform or the experience of other Players.

11. Responsible Gaming

tttjil provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all tttjil gaming activity. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the tttjil platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, design elements, and databases, is the intellectual property of tttjil or its licensed third-party content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without the express prior written consent of tttjil or the respective rights holder.

Your use of the tttjil platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tttjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the tttjil platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunity;
• Data loss or corruption;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

tttjil's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by that Player into their tttjil account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

The tttjil platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. tttjil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

14. Privacy

tttjil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and tttjil. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the tttjil platform, you agree to first contact tttjil at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tttjil will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In all disputes related to game outcomes, tttjil's game server logs and records shall be the primary reference point for determining the outcome of any round. tttjil's determination of game outcomes, based on such server records, is final and binding unless clearly shown to be incorrect.

16. Amendments

tttjil reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or tttjil's business operations. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For material changes that materially affect your rights as a Player, tttjil will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days where practicable, via email to your registered address or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login. Your continued use of the tttjil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
